It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Canafax of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Margret Smith; and her sisters, Lora Paige and Christina Sapp. She is survived by: her husband Mark Canafax; her children, Jacob Canafax and Jennifer Mullins; her siblings, Billy Smith (Jennifer), Rob Hannes, Charlene Canafax (Paul) and Fern Smith; and her close friends, Mona Barker, Trish Leach and Kay Woosley. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
