He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Frank and Ydell Fowler Ashcraft; and his brother Eddie Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Vance Ashcraft of Mt. Sterling; his children, Jason Harrod of Mt. Sterling, Kimberly Alfrey of Winchester, Bridgett Morris of Nicholasville and Tonya Oakley of Mt. Sterling; and his siblings, Cecil Ashcraft (Cindy) of Nicholasville, Grace Turner of Georgetown, Mike Millins (Karen) of Stamping Ground and Debbie Klema of Georgetown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
