We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2019, at the age of 95, Oneida Ratliff (Mount Sterling, Kentucky) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Oneida Ratliff to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnie Hurst and Viola Ralls Hurst; her husband Wilburn Ratliff; and her brother Leonard Hurst. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Krist (Gordon) of Paris, KY and Phyllis Stewart (Jack) of Palm Desert, CA; and her grandchildren, Kelann Stewart and Jay Stewart. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Building Fund First United Methodist Church, 846 Grassy Lick Road, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353.
