He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sullivan and Louise Geneva Smith Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Debra Clay Sullivan of Mt. Sterling, KY; his children, Brian Sullivan (Natalie) of Frankfort, KY and Tiffany Rae Sullivan of Mt. Sterling, KY; and his siblings, Creighton Edward "Eddie" Sullivan (Mary Jo) of Frankfort, KY and Beverly O'Dell (Edward) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
