He was predeceased by: his wife Katie Linn Aguirre; and his siblings, Simone Aguirre, Rosa Aguirre and Fannie Martinez. He is survived by: his daughters, Alicia Aguirre-Stone (Tony) of Glaslgow, Nichola Hayes (Steven) of Mt and Sterling; his sister Jane Aguirre of Osage City; his brother-in-law Jose Martinez; and his grandchildren, Lauren Hayes of Mt, Evan Lopez of Topeka, Dalton Hayes of Mt, Sterling Lopez and Olivia Lopez of Glasgow.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Alzheimer's Association or St. Claire Hospice.
