She was predeceased by: her father Brack Willoughby; her husband Ora Scott, Jr.; her children, Corey Scott and Rhea S. Willoughby; and her siblings, Stanley Willoughby, Gaylord Willoughby, Carolyn Sue Yarber and Nancy E. Brown.

She is survived by: her brothers, Donald Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY, Eddie Willoughby (Camelia) of Waverly, TN, James Willoughby (Missy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Chester Willoughby (Faye) of Bath County, KY; and her grandchildren, Waylon Scott and Serenity Arnold.
