He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Darrell Wayne Johnson (Tabitha) of Stanville, KY, David Ray Gibson (Ashley) of New Iberia, LA, Chasity Wade of Irvine, KY, Whitney Green (Travis) of Stanton, KY and Britney Garrison (David) of Mt. Sterling; and his siblings, Van Jr. of Lexington, Donald (Lisa) of Mt. Sterling, James of Winchester, Robert (Kathy) of West Virginia and Mary Warren (Barry) of Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, additional family and friends.
