He is survived by: his wife Judy Bell Allen of Mt. Sterling; his children, Tony Allen (Tracy) of Savannah, GA, Ronnie Allen (Laura) of Nicholasville, KY, Eric Cook (Brandi) of Mt. Sterling, Gloria Jelf (Jamie) of Louisville and Tammie Hill (Chris) of San Antonio, TX.; and his sister Joyce Short (Russell) of Bath Co. He is also survived by 8 Grand children and 1 Great-Grand child.
