Mildred Rogers Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Rogers of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harold Leslie and Ethel Earl Shumway; her husband Stanley Rogers; and her siblings, Tracy Shumway and Goldie Ginn.

She is survived by: her children, David Rogers (Jackie) of Florence, KY, Jim Rogers (Pamela) of Apex, NC and Cheryl Rogers of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her brother Alger Shumway of Cattlesburg, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the First United Methodist Church, 846 Grassy Lick Road, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353.
