He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his mother Marlene Blevins; his children, Michael Blevins (Shelly), Rebecca Blevins (Michael Walker) and Andrea Blevins; and his brothers, Tony Blevins (Shanna), Gary Blevins (Teresa) and James Blevins (Janice). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
