It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mexie Robinette (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Asbury Francis and Estie Jane Walters Francis; her husband Oliver Lee "John" Robinette; and her siblings, Jess Francis, Gomer Francis, Odessa Walters, Mary Betty Elkins and Gladis Staton.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Robinette of Mt. Sterling, Billie K. Stanley (Michael) of Mt. Sterling, Bettie Gay Branham of Mt. Sterling, Lisa Marie Skeens (Mark) of Mt. Sterling, Linda Michelle Dobbs (Kurt) of Owensboro, KY and Johnda Carol Hazelwood of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
