She was predeceased by: her husband Rollie V. Prater of Mt. Sterling; her son Rodney Kelly Prater; and her siblings, George Allen, Phillip Allen, Knovie Allen, Donnie Allen, Opal Allen Pugh and Cora Faye Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Prater (Rebecca), Ralph Prater (Lorrie), Keith Prater (Susan) and Mary Fields (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kelsey Palmer, Sarah Henson (John), Robert Fields, Tony Prater, Andrew Fields and Tennyson Prater; her great grandchild Elijah Lee Prater; and her siblings, Mitchell Allen (Judy) and Joyce Short (Russel). She is also survived by her children, their spouses and her grandchildren.
