It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matt Spencer of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Gerald Spencer. He is survived by: his mother Carol Louise Sparks Spencer; his children, William Tyler Spencer (Justice) and Lindsey Paige Holbrook (Josh); his grandchildren, Camryn Spencer Holbrook and William Vincent Spencer; and his sister Dayna Spencer Seelig (Mike). He is also survived by his nephews, cousins and friends.
