She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Caudill and Abagail Mabry Caudill; her husband Charles Conway; and her siblings, Galen Caudill and Leona Caudill.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Willoughby (Tina) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Shorty Willoughby (Donna) of Winchester, KY, Darlene Blevins (Mike) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Cathy Covix of Mt. Sterling, KY and Stephanie Hart (David) of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
