She was predeceased by: her granddaughters, Rebekah Bradley and Rachel Bradley. She is survived by: her husband Roger Smallwood; her daughter Natalie Bradley (Seth); her granddaughters, Lillian Bradley, Laura Bradley, Maggie Bradley, Nora Bradley and Charlotte Bradley; and her siblings, Harold "Chuck" Jackson (Kathi), Justin Jackson (Patty), Connie Kamer (Danny) and Marlene Liles (Roch).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to Clays Mill Christian Academy in Nicholasville, KY.
