She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Trent and Lucille Young Trent; and her sisters, Jeanie Branham and Brenda Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Saunders of Mt. Sterling and Lesly Arrasmith (Greg) of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Dustin Saunders (Emily) of Lexington and Megan Ruark (Nick) of Mt. Sterling; her siblings, Michael Trent (Rhonda) of Nicholasville and Teresa Phelps (Bill) of Frenchburg; and her close friend Gerald Saunders of Ewing. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
