He was predeceased by: his father Gene Smith; and his brother Gary Ensor. He is survived by: his son Cody Smith (Casey) of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Darrell Ensor (Kathryn) of Danville, Genea Arrasmith (Phil) of Mt. Sterling and Marsha Loredo (Pepe) of Mt. Sterling; and his nephews, Dillon Arrasmith of Mt. Sterling and Dustin Arrasmith of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by his family and friends.
