She is survived by: her husband Sam Johnson; her daughter Kristin Noel Collett (Kalani Smith) of Winchester; her stepson Franklin Johnson (Lisa Lutes) of Clay City; her grandchildren, Avari Smith, Gabriel Smith and Lacey Jean Johnson; and her siblings, Larry Peace of Virginia and June Depew of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
