She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Spencer and Nina Bailey Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Arlie Kenneth Spencer of Mt. Sterling, KY; her sons, Terry Wayne Spencer of Lexington, KY and Johnny Dale Spencer (Rosa) of Jeffersonville, KY; her stepchildren, Brian Ward, Greg Ward and Renee Ward; and her siblings, Darrell Spencer of Mt. Sterling and Lois Anderson (Willard) of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by six step grandchildren.
