She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Swartz (Amy) and David Michael Swartz (Robin); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Alexa, Devon and Nicholas Swartz; her mother-in-law Audrey Swartz; and her brother Frank O'Hara (Kimberly). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
