He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd L. Cassidy and Margaret Hickey Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ishmael Cassidy of Mt. Sterling, KY; his children, Jonathan Cassidy (Devony) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Ann Morris (Val) of Georgetown, KY and Jada Helton (Dylan) of Jeffersonville, KY; his sisters, Cynthia Benham (Byron) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Mary Mercuri (Mike) of Lexington, KY; his granddaughter Maggie Holder; and his great-grandparent Audree Helton.
