She was predeceased by: her father Irvin Pelfrey; and her brothers, Kendall Pelfrey, Charles Pelfrey, Dale Pelfrey, Glenwood Pelfrey, Gerald Pelfrey and Doug Pelfrey.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Bilbrey of Mt. Sterling, KY; her children, Michael Bilbrey (Dawn) of Versailles, KY and Tina Curley (David) of Wilmington, NC; her siblings, Seldon Pelfrey (Marjorie) of Jeffersonville, KY, Arnis Bailey of Winchester, KY and Sharon Hatton (Larry) of Stanton, KY; and her grandchildren, Allison Bilbrey and Katelyn Curley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
