It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverne Highley of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Gary M. Highley; and the father of her children James R. Highley. She is survived by: her daughter Jane Russell Highley (Terry Bailey) of Owingsville; and her granddaughter Charity Amber Robbins (Gregory) of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by her family and friends.
