He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Ousley and Goldie Frasure Ousley. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ousley of Richmond, KY; and his children, Johnathan Brannon of Louisville, KY, Terry Hale (Alisha) of Elizabethtown, KY, Daphne Cane (Michael) of McKee, KY and Stephanie Carson (Russell) of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
