He is survived by: his wife Donna Hayes Oakley; his children, Michael Oakley (Brooke), Sarah Oakley and Ashley Hedges; his grandsons, Zachary Oakley (Jordan), Tyler Oakley, Andrew Purvis (Taylor Crowe) and Conner Purvis; his great grandchild Wyatt Russell Oakley; and his siblings, Mike Oakley (Pam), Henry Oakley (Julie), Dennis Oakley (Missy) and Iris Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
