He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Spencer Mullins of Mt; his children, Sonya Bland of Breckenridge County, Melanie Saylor of Elizabethtown, Larry Mullins Jr. of Mt, Shannon Berlin (Josh) of Mt, Christy Conley (Dusty) of Greenup County, Robert Townsend (Laura) of Indiana and Brandon Townsend; his siblings, Faye Bickett of Breckenridge County and Paul Walker of Texas; and also Sterling. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
