He was predeceased by: his father Donald Thomas Clark; and his brothers, Thomas Owen Clark and Louie Dane Clark. He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Clark; his wife Amber Clark; his children, Taylor Elizabeth Clark, Reagan Lynn Clark and Kyle Owen Clark; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan Thomas Clark, Colby Thomas Clark, Chase Owen Clark, Lucian Parley Clark, Audrey Dane Clark and Summerlee Rein Clark.
