She is survived by: her parents, Jamie Garrett and Kathy Garrett; her children, Ian Burrus (Stacy) of Jeffersonville, KY and Alexis Martin of Camargo, KY; her sisters, Virginia Carol Burrus of Mt. Sterling, KY, Aviva Stegall of Morehead, KY and Christy Garrett Purvis of Owingsville, KY; and her stepbrother Scott Jackson of Lexington, KY..
