It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Burrell (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on October 25, 2019, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Burrell of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Jason Waddell of Winchester and Melisa Waddell of Robbinsville; his aunt Jenny; his uncle Steve McKinney; his cousin Nick of Morehead; his aunts, Virginia and Delecia Rogers; his uncle Oliver Libby; and his cousins, Brittany and Brady of Robbinsville. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
