He is survived by: his children, Mark Alan Taulbee and Laura Taulbee Starns of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Bill Taulbee of Bourbon County and Mary Sue Mers (Arthur "Tuck") of Mt. Sterling, KY; his grandchildren, Madison Starns and Landon Starns; his great grandchildren, Houston Rodgers and Memphis Rodgers; and his aunt Rachel Tester of Colorado. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
