He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Drennen Phillips; his children, Brett Phillips (Treva) of Dayton, John Phillips (Delana) of Stanton, Jonell Parker (JC) of Sawanee and Amy Crouch of Mt. Sterling; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Phillips (Jacquelyn), Kyle Phillips, Andrew Phillips, Jay Parker, Noah Parker, David Crouch (Stacy), Chris Crouch and Katie Watkins (Logan). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
