He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Dotson; and his siblings, Alfred Dotson, Marion Dotson and Geraldine Gray. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dotson of Mt. Sterling, KY; his daughters, Stephanie Jo James (Michael) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Stacey Dawn St. Louis (Daniel) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Marcus Gayne Richards II, Kendra Michelle James, Michael Joe James, Jamie St. Louis and Jaquan St. Louis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
