She was predeceased by: her mother Grace; her husband Dee A. Osborne; her siblings, Mattie Lou Stewart, Howard Stinson and Harry Stinson; and her son-in-law William L. Burton, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Lynn Burton of Warrenton and Patsy Kathryn Osborne of Houston; her grandchildren, Kathryn Rene Bryant (Carter) of Richmond and Daryl Osborne Burton (Amanda) of Warrenton; her great grandchildren, Ava Burton, Cole Burton and Will Burton; and her sister Joy Lee Yoder (Kenneth) of Dundee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth St. Joseph Hospital Nursing School in Lexington, Kentucky in 1942, and began her nursing career at Mary Chiles Hospital.
