He was predeceased by: his father Julian, Sr. Williams; and his sister Lucy Carr Emmons. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Tipton Williams of Mt. Sterling; his children, Jeff Williams (Shelly) of Mt. Sterling and Leslie Williams of Marietta, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Julianne Williams of Germany, Dawson Williams of Mt. Sterling, Isabelle Koerner of Marietta and Olivia Koerner of Marietta, Georgia.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
