She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mattie, Ray Bartley, Ray Willoughby and Sylvia Lutes; and her stepgrandfather Hisle Lutes.
She is survived by: her mother Yvonnia Willoughby; her sons, Cruz Culbertson (Kailan) and Zac Culbertson (Anna); her grandchildren, Wyatt and Ryleigh Culbertson; her sister Missi Hall; her stepchildren, Brittany and Morgan Culbertson; her niece Madison Hall; and her nephew Maddox Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to assist with funeral expenses.
