It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Esteppe of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Parker and Mary Watson Parker; her husband Jack Esteppe; and her sister Charlotte Ingram. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Jackson, Tom Parker (Reece), Marium Martin and Lodema Stanley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
