He is survived by: his parents, Valeria Osborne (Mark Wilhoit) of Frenchburg and Tim Shrout (Maxine) of Frenchburg, KY; his girlfriend Kaitlin Johnson of Mt. Sterling; his son Isaac Tackett of Frenchburg, KY; his brother Zach Shrout of Frenchburg; and his nieces, Madison Shrout, Makenna Shrout, Kayla Scott, Courtney Scott, Josie Reed and Gracie Reed.
