With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Ballard of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Stacey Ballard. He is survived by: his children, Kyler Ballard (Phoebe), Blake Ballard (Molly Burchett) and Tanner Ockerman (Lindsey Clem); his father Floyd Ballard; his brother Brian Ballard; his wife Susie Ballard; his grandchildren, Mary Ella Ballard, Nash Ockerman, Evelyn Ockerman, Ellorie Ockerman and Elliot Ockerman; and also Trey Earnhardt (Jean).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Love of Paws, an animal rescue organization located at 1122 Bunker Hill Rd., Mount Sterling, KY 40353.
