Sterling, KY; his son Caden Clay Michael Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY; his stepfather Michael Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY; his girlfriend Haley Honeycutt of Jeffersonville, KY; his brothers, James Michael Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY and Wade Alexander Reed of Frenchburg, KY; his grandparents, Sue, Gary Martin, Mac Reed (Mary Sue) and Elizabeth Waters (Tommy); his uncle Gary; and his aunt Betty Martin.
