With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Phillip Murphy of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Claudie Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Anna Carol Murphy; his son Ben Murphy (Michelle) of Morehead; his grandchildren, Canon Vice (Laura) of Morehead and Kenady Vice of Morehead; his sister Patty Jackson of Clearwater, Florida; his nephew Tommy Jackson (Teresa) of Cynthiana; his niece Jeannette Groeber (Chris) of Belleair Beach, Florida; his great-nieces, Catherine and Maggie Groeber; and his great-nephew Matt Jackson. He is also survived by friends, his breakfast club, past co-workers.
