He was predeceased by: his parents, John Havens and Faye Martin Havens; and his siblings, David Havens and Teresa Havens. He is survived by: his wife Judy Havens of Mt. Sterling; his children, William Havens of Mt. Sterling and Teresa Havens of Winchester; and his brother Marty Havens (Debbie) of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
