He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Hennessee and Leila Mathers Hennessee; his wife Patricia Ann Gantt Hennessee; his daughter Lisa Coyle; and his siblings, William L. Hennessee, Jr., Harris Hennessee, Lindsey Hennessee, Rae Weaver and Ruby Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Joel B. Hennessee (Sherrie) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Teresa Jumper of Tifton, GA. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
