He is survived by: his spouse Wanda McClain Willoughby of Mt; his children, Jimmy "Bub" Willoughby (Connie), Connie Cody (Thomas) and Perdita Dunn (Hank); his grandchildren, Feather Wafford-Frazier (Ned), Justin Wafford (Stacey) and Kevin Willoughby; his great grandchildren, Zoe Wafford and Logan Wafford; his siblings, Margie McCarty (Mitchell), Linda Lukehart (Larry), Oliver Willoughby (Mary), June Bug, Stan Willoughby (Barbara), Alvin Willoughby (Mattie) and Wendell Willoughby (Karen); and also Sterling.
