It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Perry Cecil of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtney Cecil and Beulah Mae Cecil; and his siblings, Lucian Cecil, Scotty Cecil, Glen Cecil and Avanell Cecil McCarty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
