He is survived by: his children, Sonny Vance (Suzanne) of Cottle, KY, Shirley Price (Bill) of West Bend, WI, Kim Litteral (Buff) of West Liberty, KY, Keith Vance (Leah) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Kellie Haney (Steve) of Lexington, KY and Ericka Holbrook of Winchester, KY; his grandchildren, Kendall Vance (Allie), Leahshea Vance, Jenessa Pistiner (Adam), Alex Price, Brian Vance (Liz), Adam Vance (Mystri), Kristin Lawson (Adam), Colby Haney (Nicole) and Kaitlin Frazier (James); his children, Charlie, Jay and Julia; his sisters, Vivian House, Jean Nickell and Betty Wells; and his caregiver Cornetta Conner. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
