He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle Watts and Lauvenia Leake; his sister Toni Oschwald; and his grandchildren, Joseph Collier and Finn Collier.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Crouch Watts of Mt. Sterling, KY; his children, Thomas Watts (Stephanie) of Mt. Sterling and Tricia Collier (John) of Nicholasville, KY; his sisters, Brenda Frye of Kansas City, MO, Nell Manuel of Richmond, KY and Lori Blair (David) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Caroline Jackson (Jed), Catherine Stephens (Jordan), John Will Collier, Patrick Collier, Brody Watts and Sadie Watts; his great grandchildren, Wren Jackson and Ramsey Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Billy and Chloe Ann Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (139 W Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at the Longview Cemetery (1135 Bethel Ridge Rd, Sharpsburg, KY 40374).
