He is survived by: his wife Janice Faye Robinson Richmond of Mt. Sterling; his children, Carrie Spencer (Jordan) of Mt. Sterling, Joshua Richmond of Mt. Sterling, Jessica Adkins (Jared) of Owingsville and Troy Vice (Deana) of Marion; and his siblings, Judy Marshall (Jack), Janice Curd (David), Johnny Richmond of Ohio, Jake Richmond of Mt. Sterling, Jamey Richmond (Penny) of Flemingsburg, Jackie Richmond of Sharpsburg, Greg Terrell, Ralph Tincher, George Skaggs, Roy Wilson, Mark Campbell and Bill Williams. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
