She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Welch and Mary Louise Hamm Welch; her husband James Riddle; her daughter Teresa Barnett; her son-in-law Savoy Barnett; her brother Chuck Welch; and her nephew Chris Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Spencer (Daniel) of Mt. Sterling and Casey Puckett (Bryan) of Jeffersonville; her grandchildren, Joey of Mt. Sterling, Ashley Spencer of Mt. Sterling, Joshua of Mt. Sterling, LaShannon Spencer of Mt. Sterling, Chase of Mt. Sterling, Sydney Spencer of Mt. Sterling, Austin, Shanae Barnett of Hindman, Lane Barnett of Owingsville and Alex Puckett of Jeffersonville; her great grandchildren, Brendon Spencer, Cali Spencer, Ellie Spencer, Owen Spencer, Jake Spencer, Josie Spencer, Bristol Spencer, River Barnett and Everett Wright; her sisters-in-law, Myra Toy and Sue Riddle; her great-niece Bailey Welch; and her close friend Brenda Hatton. She is also survived by her family and friends.
