He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sivis and Helen May Sivis; and his wife Fronda Swartz Sivis. He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Setters of Mt. Sterling, Lynn Sivis of Mt. Sterling, Kymberli King (Pernell) of Lexington and Jama Preston (Brian) of Mt. Sterling; and his sisters, Barbara Fanning (Joseph) and Marquita Otis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
