He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert (Mitchell) and Tommy Mitchell; his half-brother William F. Mitchell Sr.; and his sister Margaret "Lump" Seales. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Mitchell; his sons, Randall Scott "Poss" Mitchell (Donna) and Jamie Rice; his stepdaughter Leah Lykins; his grandchildren, Cierra Charles, Abigail Lykins, Christian Hensley, Briana Hensley, Kaleb Mitchell, Hayley Mitchell and Arington Mitchell; and his siblings, Joe Mitchell (Sherry) and Sharon Tackett (George). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
